What you need:
6 Tbs peanut butter
2 cups almond flour
2 tsp vanilla
5 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp flax
A few grinds of salt
4 Tbsp cocoa powder

Combine all ingredients *except the cocoa powder* in a blender or food processor until well mixed. Take out half of the dough and set aside. Add the cocoa powder to the second half of the dough.

Roll into two separate balls, wrap in parchment paper and flatten into discs. Allow it to harden for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Take out of the fridge, roll into small cereal sized balls and put back in freezer for 20 minutes.

Place them on a baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes at 350.

Pour favorite mylk over it and enjoy!

**a note on making these...they’re kind of a mission to make for everyday consumption if you’re making them into balls. My assistant and I hand rolled all these babies. If you’re not taking pics of them I recommend just rolling out and cutting into squares with a pizza cutter. It will save you a lot of sweat and tears 😅
